CONTRIBUTES TO THE CITY’S
Hallandale Office Towers, managed by Alan Waserstein of Miami lakes-based LeaseFlorida, wants to build the 23-story, 415,882-square-foot tower at 900 S. Federal Highway, just west of the Village at Gulfstream Park. It was designed by BC Architects.
The 900 Building would break down to 320 residential units for a combined 345,093 square feet, 150 rooms for a 65,193-square-foot, Marriott-branded hotel, 5,595 square feet of retail and 624 parking spaces. Amenities would include separate fitness centers and pools for the residents and hotel guests, meeting rooms and event space for the hotel and a card room for the residents.
